Anyone Travelled In J On Egypt Air?

I have been asked by a business associate for advice about a trip he has planned for October.
He has clients to see in Kuala Lumpur at the beginning then planning on heading to London.
He has been told about a deal with Egypt Air of $1700.00 for KUL-CAI-LHR in J and was wondering what the service would be like for that price.
I had a look on flyer talk and there seems to be some variation in opinions about the value for money of this fare.
Does anybody have any recent experience with this carrier?
The flights are apparently A330's on both sectors.

Not a spot on review with different aircraft etc but a bit of background I guess.
