Wife has been locked out of her United account but when I try and do account recovery no email arrives. Talked to them over chat and they say they have the right email address, have tried looking in Spam/Junk folders, using another email client but nothing. Have also realised we haven’t had any emails for a while from them.
Any ideas, they have said I can change to another email which I guess we could try but no guarantee that won’t be a problem to. We are currently using an optusnet account.
