Anyone flying into Avalon for the air show in March?

Hi all,
Is anyone looking at flying down to Avalon airport for the Avalon air show in March? I'm curious to know if it's common for aviation enthusiasts to fly down, stay there and then fly from Avalon airport itself a day or two later? From memory, I think I recalled Jetstar flights into the airport during the show a few years ago.

Hi PaulST,
Yes you can fly down to the Avalon Airshow,
Jetstar operate out of Avalon
Or fly into Tulla and then use Skybus to the city, then train to Lara
Train tix also includes the bus travel over to Avalon and return
GA aircraft can land on the Avalon East strip, they use different shuttle buses between the two.

Thanks. I'm thinking I'll probably fly up on the Friday night (from SYD) and then return on Sat night.
