Anyone else get Virgin high /flyer 5*points for February?

I also got the 5 x points offer for a $2.5K spend for April.

I booked $10K worth of flights on a 5 x bonus for February but have yet to see any points bonus from it.

How many points did you end up getting that month? Was the bonus paid on the full rate or reduced rate for spend beyond $8k?

I got the 27k or so points I should have got without the bonus offer. I am told the bonus points will post at some stage in the future (up to 10 weeks after the month they are earned in).

Nothing for me yet. Last time I had a bonus point offer I had to ring them up after 10.5 weeks and hassle them. Then they were applied to my card account and had to wait until the following statement month for them to clear to VFF.
Pain in the bum.
And the first thing the operator said when I questioned where the points were was "I'll just check how long it's been it may not have been 10 weeks yet"
Heaven forbid I might get them before the maximum 10 weeks was up

Just hit 10 weeks for my february bonus and of course nothing credited. Ill call next week and see what the story is.

I've ended up with more like 6.5x after an email complaint at the ten-week point resulted in 5,000 points in compensation.

Now I'm pretty much hoping that the Qantas Money 5x points (March, April, and May for me so far) come in late as well...

Did you call them first or just go to email? If so which email address as their call centre is abysmal to deal with.

Still nothing at my end!! Someone suggested using the chat screen but for the life of me I cant find on one the virgin money site. So I emailed through my credit card first. Got a reply that they would forward the email to the relevant department. Still heard nothing so phoned, the say we are aware of the issue. Its now week 12 since my february offer. They then said it has been escalated and the points will be credited on the 15th of May, I said, well its now the 21st of May. They just said sorry, we arent sure when the points will go through but it has been noted! aaaargh.

I also received 5X bonus for March, April, and May. 10 weeks for March has just lapsed so I called today and was told they will investigate. I also requested that my April bonus points get flagged so that I receive them on time (inside 10 weeks).
While I find the bonus points really handy, this is tiring having to constantly check Velocity account and having to call.
