I have a few AA points that I will never use.
I am wondering if there is anyway I can transfer these to something I will use?
Qantas, Hilton, Velocity??

You can use them to book award Qantas flights.

You'll need at least 10000 but that can be for any economy one-way journey within Australia (multi flights). 20K for business.

only 2000 took a flight in the USA recently. won't be going back for a few years.

At that level are termed "orphaned" - not enough to do anything with.

You can gift them to another member in multiples of 1k, but even that would cost USD80 for 2K.
