Question? If I have booked 2 rooms under my name/HH number via Hilton website but the other person is not HH, do we both get lounge access and breakfast?

If there are only 2 of you I think it likely though it is at the individual properties say.
I have booked 3 rooms for 8 pax with me the only HH member and everyone got a full breakfast included. The checkin agent made my day when one of the others commented on the generosity he said "sometimes it is really worthwhile knowing drron."

Not sure if this helps either, but I've had HH benefits applied to 6 of us before when I've had two rooms booked. (This included full breakfasts), but they were my wife, kids and my eldests bf. Very much a lucky hit if you do, but not at all guaranteed.

2 rooms several nights - hilton south wharf. i'm the only HH member, others were friends - not related, all of us exec lounge access etc

I have tried this in the US (Hilton Waikiki) and my travelling companion in room 2 did not get an upgrade (I did), nor did they get free brekky. Depends on the individual property over there it seems.

Hilton, Sydney upgraded both rooms, exec lounge and breakfast

I have booked two rooms for two couples at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. I am Diamond and have booked one executive and one standard room. In the booking comments I stated that the standard room was mine and my guests would occupy the executive room. I am assuming that my room will be upgraded. Is this the way to ensure all guests have lounge access.

Well it should work - the only thing is that you might not get upgrades to a better room. In any case you'd have Diamond based lounge access upgrade or not.

They may find it confusing, but if they don't get it right, you'll have the notes to remind them that you notified them and hopefully they'll recover and fix it.
