Have had similar experiences for a number of weeks now, national and international destinations. There is a way to trick the system to correct the issue, but I couldn't explain it easily enough for anyone to comprehend.

Had that problem off and on. Usually if I choose the To airport then go back to From, it will pick it up. Annoying though.
 
Prophetically - for several hours, I tried to open the first email I received on the subject, to be told numerous times there was an error on AFF!
