Hi,

There have been a few threads about lounge access in LHR and DXB, along with others about travelling with family - although most of these seem to be related to having kids.

I'm a SG member, previously QC PS with 3 extra spare Qantas Club invites. Flying to LHR via DXB with a brother and my parents. Just wondering how accommodating you may feel the EK,QP,AA lounges to be for me in these circumstances?

Assuming the QC invites may not be useful outside of AU, perhaps it may be worthwhile to get a 30day Admirals Lounge pass for my parents? Does this also allow you to get Business Class check in at LHR?

Thanks.

There are several threads on this topic
DXB is not a Qantas or OneWorld lounge so no access with Qantas club pass and 30 day AA membership.

61. Will Qantas Club members have access to all Emirates lounges?
No. Qantas Club members will be welcomed at the Emirates Business lounge in Dubai when their next onward flight that day is with Qantas or Emirates

Qantas Club members have access to Qantas International Business Lounges in Australia and to the American Airlines Admirals Lounge at London Heathrow T3 when their next onward flight is operated by Qantas or Emirates to Dubai or Australia.

For access due to AA Admirals membership best to read the AA web site
