After the Choice Benefit page has been down for weeks, it is apparently working, however my 75 night Choice Benefit is not showing for selection. After HUACA, I finally managed to speak to someone in 'corporate customer service', who said free night option is not available to a member who used 5 night credit to achieve Platinum Premier Elite. She maintains that you need to have 75 nights "stays", despite this in their Loyalty Program T&C's;
"iii. Annual Choice Benefit. As described in section 4.3.c.vi., a Platinum Premier Elite Member who has achieved seventy-five (75) Elite Night Credits annually is eligible to receive one (1) additional benefit from the list of available benefits listed below:"
