Hope that ypu can help.In July this year Amex ran a promo of 15% off gift cards purchased through Amex rewards,which I did do.When I got my Angus and Coote gift card in August,the issue date on it was March 06.As they have a three month validity period.March April MayJune,July,August,so I rang Amex and was told that if I send the card back, I will get a new card and my 10000 points back.Sent it to Liverpool St Sydney in August and am still waiting a reply,Amex say that they will ring back and never do,and they cannot email me details or information on the matter,and as it is AESDT with hours of 7am to 7pm,it can make it hard to cotact them.Any ideas?
