Quick Question - does anyone know:

What airline lounge, if any, does First on AA get you into in ANC?

Does having Oneworld status entitling lounge access make any difference?

When I was there in 2006 I managed to talk my way into the Alaskan Lounge, although I think this was when they still had some form of partnership with QF

They still do but not one that allows lounge access. Good work talking your way in. :)

IMO on Alaskan, it's best to jump on the AA codeshares if available because (I think) you get SC's and QFF points (with 100% bonus if WP), as opposed to no SC's and no bonus points on the AS flight number. *Shakes fist @ travel agent...*
