Amex Virgin comp flight error

Hi,
does anyone have problem booking the comp flight like i did? tried since last week for PER-MEL 18-28 Jan 2022. Nothing came up. Tried other dates as well. In the end getting error msg.

Yes @TomVexille tried searching for flights the other day and the results came up empty...
