I've transferred Amex points to Ethiad Skywards ( 300,000 miles) in anticipation of the conversion rate changing. Now my husband's Emirates account is saying he has zero miles, but there are 300,000 in his Family account. (I do not understand Family accounts!) When I go to book a Classic Reward seat, it's saying we don't have enough miles. I'm very confused. Any assistance much appreciated
