Like everyone in this thread and other Platinum Edge threads have mentioned before, this is one of the best Amex cards to have, and if you are eligible for bonus points (not held an Amex within the past 18 months). Even if you have another Amex, I would highly recommend as you get up to 3 miles per $ spent in a range of Frequent Flyer programs.

You get 10k bonus points and if you use my link, I get 15k bonus points, which will definitely help me towards my next getaway.

With more retails and merchants accepting AMEX, it almost DOESN'T make sense NOT to have an AMEX card which helps accelerate your goals to achieving that awards flights. From everyday use for grocery shopping ($1 = 3 points) to servos($1 =2 points), it goes without saying that this AMEX Platinum Edge card has been an essential to many AFF especially with its' generous earning ratio.Everyday spend also yields 1:1 earning ratio with the exception of bills & utilities + ATO payments. Not forgetting the potential bonus points that one is capable of earning when they enrol in the Local Champions, demonstrating both gratitude and also true benefits of this Platinum Edge Card.

Successful applicants using my referral link not only receive a once-off bonus points of 10,000 points but also annual fee-waiver for the first year! Just remember that you'll need to put $750 on the card during the first 3 months upon activating the card. I've been using the Platinum Edge for the past 3 years and with a supp card for my partner, we've been able to collect quite a decent chunk of points for our annual trips around Asia. Besides, I've now signed her up for the Explorer to boost our point earning capabilities so this should be interesting!

As always, a big THANK YOU in advance to all who decide to use my referral link :)
