If you cancel say halfway through an annual period - do you get a partial refund of the annual fee you paid?

Are you paying $1200pa or $950?
I am looking at getting this card and it will on the $950, so looking at an indication of potential sweeteners ongoing. This is promising, I hadn't seen any better than 36k points I got last year on my Reserve and was beginning to think that might be the limit.

I assign 2c to each point when i do thw maths. But i use them for business class flights which makes them mor valuable. Anyone else assign a notional value???
How do you pay $950?
Some time back, like 6 years back, I gave up my DJs card in order to get Velocity card. Then, I was told one cannot have more than 3 cards. Is that the case now?
