I just logged into www.americanexpress.com.au/platium and try to access the FHR website.

Previously there was a link to the search engine for FHR.
A few days ago the link didnt work.

Today I logged in again and try to search, it says 'book now'. When i click that, it brings me to AMEX travel.... which does not display amex FHR and all its benefits...

Anyone experience the same thing? Now i can't even see the special offer hotels have....
 
Sounds a bit odd. In the last few months I've been using Amex Travel and once you log in you can see FHR rates and offers as well as make a booking.

Maybe try going to Amex site, click travel and then log in?
