AMEX Cash Advance

Hi.

I just had a flight booking refunded and it appeared on my Amex, which I was not expecting (various parts of the trip had been paid for on different cards). As the card is now in credit, can I access the money with a cash advance for no fee, similar to the wizard card, in Australia? I require some of the money to pay off the other card, which has had the new booking put through.

Maybe if you call Amex and ask.

Perhaps they do a "Balance Transfer" for you.
