Does this mean I get double the points I already get with my Westpac AMEX which already gives me 2 points per $ ??

Bring it on 4 points per $ wooohooo

My understanding is Westpac AMEX gives 2 Altitude points for every dollar. These Altitude points are converted at 2 Altitude : 1 QF point.

Also, I am not sure if this AMEX promotion will apply to Westpac AMEX, as this promotion talks about AMEX rewards. Not necessarily Altitude rewards. You may want to check with Westpac.
