You could submit another EOI, I think it is just business.

Yes, but my spending is very low prior 2023 year. Sadly, they don't waive the one-off initiation fee. I have asked for it but they mentioned they only waive the fee for centurion members from overseas countries.

Decided to take up the offer but I think I might not get the value I paid for the first year fee.

I think you might be the first lot since the 2023 overhaul, Very well.

I found out I applied for 08/12/2023 and reapplied on 06/03/2024. I don't know when it is my turn for the card.

Anyway, good to know that the invitation recommenced.

Regarding the value, for 0.25 points extra from Platinum per dollar spent to cover 11500 dollars for the first years (Similar price for FSD, it never worked in Australia but is still on sale now!!!), it is $4.6m new spending.

The card fee difference beyond the initiation fee for 2nd year is $2m

If purely for benefits, I don't know if it would make up the difference if they offer something else into the benefits, which I doubt, but no news about the new centurion benefits yet, could you please reveal some information if you could once you received the card?

I wasn't aware that the membership would be overhauled in 2023. They allow 2 centurion cards + another additional 4 card of platinum card.

I think the main selling benefit is the dedicated relationship manager which I will later find out to see what benefit I would receive.

Waiting for your good news. I am a bit concerned that I might not get invited if they want members to be at least 12 months, I am on the start my 8th month

My account was weekly reconciled by my account team, balance was cleared weekly.

What I was concerned about was they wanted to see the long-time member before decision making, while I think it is a waste of time, as the same money I spent, I could get more points and more benefits from the centurion concierge to save our team's team on booking and coordinating, plus 0.25 points extra anyway.

Was Olivia the contact person who spoke to you?

I had started moving my expenses from Citi Prestige to Amex.

Will see when will be my turn for this card, hope it will be soon. I need to book a lot of business trips and family trips for 2nd half of 2024, and want to use their concierge, but had not received an invitation.

A bit heart breaking......hahaha

But if it is good news and a good boost for me today that you got an invitation.

Anyone here hold the centurion as well as US amex cards? I have multiple US cards and put in an EOI months ago as I spend $200k+ a month on the card. I am wondering if I am not getting an invite due to having US cards (I assume they just hate me LOL)

What is your spending type? advertising and material purchase account for most?

I think you could apply for US Centurion and make a transfer for free, your expenses might be recognised by the US card so the AU Amex did not recognise your applications as more of expenses in US card?
