Altitude points -> FF point transfer rates

Could someone kindly confirm what the Altitude point to FF program point transfer rates currently are for all five of the Altitude transfer partners (SQ, VA, MH, CX, NZ)?

The info used to be publicly available, but it looks like they've recently updated the Altitude Rewards website and the transfer rates now aren't visible unless you log in (which I can't, as I'm not a customer).
