Altitude Platinum travel insurance

Am a reasonably seasoned traveller and have always relied on my Westpac Platinum Altitude travel insurance. This time I am heading to Cambodia where I feel I need to have reliable insurance - has anyone had problems with CC insurers? I've only had a minor theft claim before with no problems.

I've made one claim on my Altitude gold insurance, and it was seamless (a truck ran into our rental car in NZ). Can't fault them at all - it was handled quickly and professionally.

I've got another claim pending right now which might be a bit less straightforward but I'm optimistic!
