Going forward we auto-extract programs/tiers/numbers from new booking emails when we encounter them.

Any way to back scan on info you already have, or even for upcoming trips. no worries if not, it will get the info over time.

We could only extract from the past ~30 days of booking emails, as we delete them after that (user privacy).

Every new email that comes through now we auto extract the loyalty programs.

3 requests for loyalty tracking, unsure if these are already implemented as I see an expiry field there when manually adding loyalty info

• Could the estimated expiry be auto updated based on the last time the balance changed for programs like Qantas and Cathay that expire after inactivity
• Could we get alerted when TripWaffle thinks the points might expire soon (e..g. a month out)
• Could you process loyalty information from emails without bookings, at the moment TripWaffle won't pull the loyalty info out if the email doesn't contain a booking it seems

Happy to do a one off import for you, and if others request it, we can turn it into a dedicated tool.

Had a quick scout around thecruiseglobe.com and it looks like the easiest way to get data out is via the 'share link' option for each cruise. It will result in a url that looks like this:

If you want to email a list of links like that to human at tripwaffle dot com ... we'll take it from there.

If I have a trip with just flights and a big time gap where the cruise is, will it populate that trip with the cruise details and the ports and dates etc?

Sorry - I can't reproduce the issue and find no issues in the logs. Would you mind dropping us a support request via the app with the details you're trying to enter and we'll get that fixed up for you.

How will this work? If you pull in a cruise of mine from the Cruise Globe, this seems to be the data available.

What comes across from a Cruise Globe link: the ship and cruise line, where and when you board and get off, and each port of call with its date.

The link doesn't carry any times so we use default ones and you can edit any of them afterwards.

For past cruises: it only has the port names, not the days.

yep: if the cruise dates fall between your flights, it should go into that trip automagically.

We match /update your existing one. Your confirmation number and the real port times from your booking are kept in tact.
