I attend often (and would say I'm the resident expert). You often bump into the same people there every year, depending on music tastes etc. I'm not sure if you have daily bookmarks, you check each morning, but they're in mine.
I haven't had the pleasure of an Accor Stadium visit yet, as they're often much more expensive than Qudos Bank Arena. I believe the Accor Stadium offering is different and set out more as canapes and finger food only but can't confirm. Obviously, alcohol too, but no mains is what I mean.
So, usually with Qudos Bank Arena, doors will open about 18:00, you don't have a special entrance, just go through the main doors with everyone else. You then walk up the stairs to your left in the foyer and they check/scan your usually printed ticket barcode. They're suite 10, if you have a map of the suites, so you're set back a little bit from the stage of one side looking side on. Seats aren't reserved unless it's a full box and then Accor will try seat people to avoid issues. There's always an Accor rep happy to talk shop with you. Canapes are on offer early; bar is open from the minute the stadium opens until an hour after, useful for the crowd to clear out and rehydrate before moving on. They serve Veuve Clicquot free pour and other assorted wines, beers, cider, soft drink and basic spirits. Some performances, like when they had UFC, they won't allow glass on the balcony, but others they do. There's usually a main meal before the warmups, followed by a dessert served between the warmup and main act. Note on the main meal - it's not great. A big kitchen somewhere is churning out portions that are kept in bain-maries and generally soggy by the time you get to them, but it is sustenance after a lot of alcohol
I couldn't recommend it enough, despite wanting to keep it a secret as much as I can.
I've seen Matchbox Twenty with Goo Goo Dolls, Bryan Adams, Dua Lipa, recently sent a close friend and family member down to see Tyler, the Creator and in November I'll be there for Oasis in the stadium and Rufus du Sol in Qudos Bank. My problem these days is getting enough tickets with few points. My girls want to join on the next one so I'm stockpiling in hopes of getting a good one... we didn't have enough points for 4x Lewis Capaldi tickets and Ed Sheeran is a little on the pricey end.
I will say, generally popular items disappear fast, but they do have later allocations, and they have been known to re-price if sales don't go to plan - for instance, those ACDC tickets cost about 5-10k more initially, but clearly, they were too high. They've been there for a while, so I think they're still not selling. Sometimes if something doesn't sell it'll come back as an auction, for instance the Grand Final tickets on the sport section now, sometimes these can be good value and net you something better (e.g. stay + 2 tickets).
I can post some photos later if pestered to give an idea of internals and view etc.
If I haven't covered anything, just ask.
