Airline livery update - who needs one?

Refreshes can also be clangers - some examples above. But who remembers the disastrous BA change when they replaced the coat of arms on the tails with all sorts of different tail designs / colours. They were supposed represent countries or destinations but were just confusing…diluted the BA brand image and didn’t last long.
I understand Maggie Thatcher was incensed. Wouldn't have fancied being the BA CEO on the end of her telephone call

I really don't like Air New Zealand's current livery with the back silver fern tail.
To me, it just looks really tacky and not reflective of a national carrier.

I loved their "Pacific Wave" livery from the 90's - 2000's , Very classy and stylish I always thought.

Bring back TEAL

A big disagree on this one. My favourite livery. In what way is the black fern not reflective of being NZ's national carrier? Maybe a stylised kiwi instead? The old two tone blue stripe ending with a barely recognisable koru on the tail was meh

Think they should put the Area 51 branding on it?
But then they’d know …

It puts me in mind of when Air New Zealand were wet-leasing an A340 from who-knows-who, and it was flying into Sydney super-frequently, I’m gonna say daily. A340’s were already kinda “dead”, so with zero livery it was a regular weirdburger!
