Royal Brunei tried to go modern but it's aged quickly. Prefer the old one.

Alaskan Airlines has just revealed the new livery specific for the 787 fleet

It is supposed to represent the Northern Lights and I have to say I like it a lot.

The famous "smiling eskimo" livery will remain for other non 787 aircraft.

Refreshes can also be clangers - some examples above. But who remembers the disastrous BA change when they replaced the coat of arms on the tails with all sorts of different tail designs / colours. They were supposed represent countries or destinations but were just confusing…diluted the BA brand image and didn’t last long.

I really don't like Air New Zealand's current livery with the back silver fern tail.
To me, it just looks really tacky and not reflective of a national carrier.

I loved their "Pacific Wave" livery from the 90's - 2000's , Very classy and stylish I always thought.
