Flew with them in September this year. from Apia to Nadi J class on a 738 not sure which one, Seat 2A had no seat stuffing and AVOD was not turned on for the flight no explaination even after enquiring not much recline.
Then went Nadi to Melbourne J class on their vintage 763, again centre table between 1A,1B loose and a little unstable, seat very comfortable and 1B recline was a little broken which resulted in excellent recline. Though front row had a little less foot space due to bulkhead, there is no overhead ventilation and the portable players are hit and miss regarding functionality, and volume does not go high enough to hear the programming comfortably completely useless bring your own entertainment!
Nadi club lounge supposed to open 3 hours prior to departure, opened 1 hour late with quite a few people sitting around and when it did open there was no catering for another 30 minutes.
Service was friendly, food was good, spirit choice good, wine limited but served wyndhan estate 555 a favourite quaffer of mine.
So if you get a "Biz Saver" fare, go for it, cheapish status credits 200 return melbourne for about $1250.
Next time i'm going to try going via Sydney on their 744 maybe that will be better.
Hope that helps.
