Air NZ to axe J on some TT, and introduce a Y- class

I personally think it's an interesting move. It's also interesting that they are going to introduce Y-, basically a class with a seat, and tea \ coffee \ water and AVOD, that's about it (everything else available for purchase)

I am a little surprised given they are primarily doing this on their A320 services that they are not going to do some sort of re-branding (eg calling the service AirNZ light, and branding the service as such), as it could damage the premium part of their brand.

We'll that'll teach me to thinking that nonews keep up with the news themselves. I did go back and check for threads already open about this subject, obviously didn't go far enough back.
