Ships that pull into a non-agreement port have to pay on Visa or Mastercard. Chucking a million dollars worth of light crude or marine diesel into the tank would be nice for some miles!

Too funny. Just out of interest how much would it cost to refuel for ~2 hour journey and how would 174 passengers cover the fuel bill?
