AA issued a press release a few months back that they had paid their outstanding fees to MAHB. It got a bit of media coverage at the time due to the discount MAHB (apparently) gave them. (Google AA MAHB fees)
There are a few articles around speculating that 1 July is the date, though AA are yet to confirm - they are pushing for Seoul concurrently.
They re-jigged their schedule when announcing this weeks sale. They have dedicated a lot of their fleet to their India onslaught. They're also trying to introduce new zealand to Kul via ooc.
IMHO, Sydney will start in August, that's when they reduce the Melbourne service in August, this plane will be re-routed to start Syd --> kul.
