Flying internally in Africa From Kenya to Tanzania. Kenya Airways, air Tanzania or precision airways are the choices. Any experience on reliability, safety etc would be much appreciated?

IMO, All are good
More importantly both countries are Travel friendly - millions visit every year and tourism is an important part of its economy and a lot of the tourism are not the "cheap/budget". So that says something about tourism related travel modes in the country.

We have just flown Kenya JNB to Nairobi return. Y up and J via a bid upgrade back. We also flew them from Mombasa to Nairobi in Y. All flights on time. Lovely crew. Service decent. I can't comment on safety apart from telling you the flights all arrived at the expected airports with us in one piece. Kenya fly 787s up from JNB and we were on a max for the domestic flight.
