AFF Platinum benefits not available

I can't access member benefits even though I am logged in and a platinum member. is someone able to fix this/show me what I'm doing wrong??

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience while we investigate this, as its obviously affecting more than one user. It seems to be an issue with when we made the move over to Stripe for billing - this was meant to be fixed after the first year, but obviously it hasn't been.

Please DM @admin (also for future people coming across this thread) if you have member issues - this is the easiest way to get in contact if you have any issues with anything AFF related

I now have email "PAY-freemium offer - Membership level: Platinum" but no code or anything in email. I presume I need 6 digit referral code or similar to access discount at pay.com.au Should I be expecting another email from AFF? from pay.com.au?
