So US markets basically flat. I thought wars increased market uncertainty but what do I know?
I also expected a bigger drop, but then predicting the market in the short term is nearly impossible. I guess defense and energy sectors will see a boost, and the magnificant 7 aren't likely to be affected much (and they carry so much weight in the index), and it may also be a way for some companies to increase their margins. So US markets basically flat. Always ...BlackRock looking very dodgy
Anything more specific than normal ?BlackRock looking very dodgy
Sentiment could increase around other investors…..
Are there issues specific to Blackrock? I notice that investment company SOL shares (which I don't own but is on my watchlist) has been surprisingly unaffected by the war. (adding: even though their underlying assets would have dropped)BlackRock looking very dodgy

At the International Date Line?Unsurprising start to the week , where will it end
There’s probably a lot of value for those playing a long game.Any buying opportunities? Or just get some gear shares.
Definitely. TWE at record lows.Any buying opportunities?
Way too early to conclude that. Trump and Iran don't even agree as to whether talks have taken place. Some crazy market volatility overnight off the back of Trump's Truth Social post.
Looks like yesterday may have been the dip to buy!
