Reece in the US bought Morsco and a competitor has grabbed a slice of that business I believe using ex Morsco staff.
Now Regal funds which is RPL jumped yesterday on a good report. We are glad we went to a meeting in Perth to hear Phil King talk.
QPM completed their fund raising at 3.1 cents and finished the week at 3.5 cents. Should be a bit of selling now as some will think that is a good profit. We hope that QPM can deliver real profits.

Going to Ophir’s meeting with Mrscove tomorrow at the Ritz Carlton in Perth.

With TWE they have certainly jumped their prices so we tend to avoid Penfolds branded wines unless they call with a real special.
Last one we bought was their 389 and that was months ago.
TWE are close to their years low and losing their Californian distributor is concerning.
I think there could be better stocks out there but TWE might be ok for a very short time trade.

Anyone participated in the SYR placement today?

Yesterday we had Ophir ar a business lunch then the Wilson Asset folks to see us so we weren’t chasing SYR. We can participate in the SYR issue based on a shareholding. That one has had a difficult time.
The Diggers and Dealers pending event has brought many to WA this week.
Greatland has been a disappointment but we don’t have that one.A downgrade so soon after listing must be upsetting recent investors.
Ora Banda drill hits look good for that explorer for gold.
Yesterday the stock market loved the latest CPI figure.
Mrscove commented that she still notices price increases on stuff we buy that is way more than the CPI figure.

My broker is suggesting copper will get sold off today on the back of US tarrifs on Aussie imports, including copper. His thoughts are to get copper exposure via WIRE - the global copper producers Exchange Traded Fund.

Sold all of my remaining Monash today. Happy with a near 50% increase in 6 weeks.

Put in a sell order on some MVF a few days ago, but didn't trigger; got to ½cent less! Probably plummet now .
