After the his disasterous four corners interview where he bagged and dismissed Rod Simms as just an out of touch retired ACCC chairman who doesn’t know what he's talking about, I'm surprised he wasn't pushed.

I think he was. New CEO already chosen and chasing the ball down the road.
 
Just announced French group Saint-Gobain has confirmed it is seeking to buy ASX-listed CSR Limited at $9 a share, in a deal that values the Australian company at $4.3 billion.

Founded in 1855, albeit in a very different business then. Was once one of Australia's largest companies but has underperformed over many time periods, trading in and out of multiple businesses.

Agreed
I just watched 4 Corners in its entirety.
What a train wreck that was — how not to give an interview. The Woollies Polo top - just one of the workers’ vibe sipping on water - was never going to help him.
Much as I disliked her political non-answering Leah Wackert was very polished. What a contrast.
I sold out of both of the majors years ago
