I downloaded last pass ages ago but the workload to find and sort through many hundreds of old passwords defeated me.
I took the easy road…apple offers me a password that I don't need to record or remember for every new account and the oldies can take their chances.
Swmbo has a simple solution , she writes all her passwords down in a big book and leaves it on her office desk…….

I can barely get onto MyGov so life has a few struggles. We do our ASX filing more than twice a month. Mrscove does the dividend recordings for the accounting of dividend re-investments and franking. We get many dividends in the various ownership entities.
Ophir have continued to perform well but Automic registry has been a bit clunky.
We don’t like clunky. Computershare is clunky too.

My Gov
I actually like it - believe it it not - land it negates need to speak via phone for many tasks. Only use the ATO-Medicare functions and once I got them to correctly record my date of birth re the latter (wrong since 1984) all good!

Yes @MARTINE I logged on correctly this morning and the ATO site is down. Not too concerned now about that.
We have a new CC to pay ATO coming by snail mail which goes under the TNT label.
Mrscove spent a couple of hours getting her MyGov running because of a middle name missing in Medicare info.
So far our Codan , BHP and Maca buys were at wrong prices but time may heal those ones. If not the ATO may get a share of the downside.

Calling owners of TCL shares:

Did you receive some shares in TCLR (TRANSURBAN RTSFORUSD) yesterday? What are they?

If so, does the number you received represent approximately 1/9th of your TCL holding?

I use a platform called Sharesight that connects to my online broker to handle all trades, dividends, restructures etc. And it does all the tax reporting including all the Capital Gain calculations according to the possible methods etc. It has greatly reduced the burden of recording all the transactions and compiling tax records. There's an annual fee to subscribe to it, but of course this itself is tax deductible. They run a $10 referral program where you get $10 off and I'd also get $10 off, PM me if interested.

@MARTINE Mrscove has her MyGov working now but I doubt she is interested in ATO.
@SeatBackForward my accountant uses Sharesight to gather most of the information. The placements are extra information.
Trades we do are in multiple companies, trusts and joint and individual names so it can get a bit complicated.

Well @samh004 i think you dodged a bullet if you built a home and avoided buying Latitude shares.
I saw they are at $2.17 which is very close to a years low.

Today we invested more in Ophir Global High Conviction Fund as Monday is the close off date for an October investment. The fund has been a very good international performer and you need to have “Sophisticated Investor Status “ signed off by an accountant.
Since September 2020 this fund was up 89% net of fees based on their end of August report that they issued on September 14th,2021.
This is not suitable for many investors and it is not financial advice.
