Had a look at a UK property company’s statements tonight called LAND and they have to deal with quite a few tenants closing or going into administration or some other form of bankruptcy. I am not ready for that one just now.
Kogan has gone up despite their poor after sale /service reputation.
VCX Vicinity and SCG Scentre the two main listed mall operators locally were hit hard early though have recovered a little. Suspect some long term pain in the retail sector however.

Agree Kogan service is poor, as are some of their home branded products which are the cheapest white label Chinese products you can get, but they have growth and are the only listed tech retailer of scale.

A comparable but different sector is TPW Temple & Webster, which is now at record highs and the best return in my small portfolio.

Sold about half of the WEB shares I got in the recent issue. Bought at 1.70, sold at 4.50 so very happy. That will make up for some of my super loss.

Have kept some because they have been a very good investment over the years though frankly I think they have run too fast at the moment.

Some folks are saying that zoom style meetings will be the way of the future. I think people like attending some conferences and AGMs so Webjet May get going as the lockdowns ease.
International travel will be quite slow until the pandemic cases are brought under control.
i did bid for KLL, APZ and Decmil this week just because they were cheap. A quick turn would be sweet but I can be patient. Decmil needed rescuing but I am unsure that 50 million will fix their problems. KLL was at 15 cents after running out of the 50 cent money they raised.
Waiting for the NAB times 4 allocations at $14.15.
This past fortnight I was investing for a family member and I went WBC @15.03 And CMW at 0.80. I hope these two go ok as the economy gets moving better.

I was surprised that the SPP deal from BigTinCan was only $5000 and not $30,000 at 67 cents.
Was wishing I had some Bellevue Gold shares but I missed buying them. Plenty of time there as they will need to develop a mine.
Spoke tonight to my friend who has Austal and Bellevue and I could tell he was smiling on the phone call.

Still unclear as to how the NAB SPP allocations were made, but I've received around 1/3 of what I asked for.

I think you'll find there are a fair few who just got the minimum which then reduced the pool for the rest.

Mrs RK and I both went for the max. We both received 279 per 1000.
Wonder when we will get the remainder of our cash back.

We did poorly on the WBC issue a few months ago and the NAB issue has been a winner. Lose some then make some.
All the other SPPs that we have taken up in the last 2 months are ahead and some by a lot.
I had one $30,000 payment get returned due to some Westpac banking glitch and I hadn’t noticed. As a result I missed one SPP.
