Aeroplan Seats.aero Award Availability Alerts: Phantom Availability or Glitch?

I'm going a bit crazy with seats.aero at the moment. Has anyone else been experiencing these weird award seat alerts that seem to vanish into thin air? I keep getting email notifications about available seats, but every single time I rush to check, there's absolutely nothing there.

I'm not sure if it's a system glitch or if seats.aero is just showing phantom award availability.

Wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if I'm losing my mind. Would love to hear if anyone's got any insights or has been dealing with the same frustrating experience.

Here's an example of an alert I got this morning, and I checked on Aeroplan within two minutes of getting the alert.

Number of passengers only works for certain airlines, I believe.
