Has anyone else noticed the change to the AeroLOPA website this side of the new year?

While I am trying to embrace it, the previous layout was, to put it plainly, better and easier to navigate. In particular, having a complete list of airlines along the left side of the page made a "Ctrl + F" search so much easier compared to the new layout.
There also seems to be a push to create an account in order to view "seat data and features for this aircraft".
In all fairness, one positive of the new layout is when viewing an aircraft seat map, other aircraft in the same category appear along the top in a scroll bar, meaning you don't have to go back a page to see the list of aircraft under that airline.

So I signed up. This is what you get. Pretty good spread of info, and good to be able to create favourites.

Yes, the new layout is horrible.

I simply just Google "Aerolopa + the airline code" to go directly to the page I need, rather than navigating through the new layout.

As moa999 says above, I imagine they are moving towards some type of monetisation. Before long, there will probably be some form of 'book with us', like Flight Connections.

But in the meantime, if you click the hamburger at top left, and select 'Aircraft seating plans', you get the alphabetical selection page like before.

I'm liking it the detail provided with an account.

Which is now way worse on desktop since in the past you could easily scroll down to, say, Q for Qantas but now it's all horizontal and harder to get to.

UI design these days is just a complete mess at times.

Click R vs scroll down - we'll get used to it; else type the airline code into search on the R and it'll take you to it. No scrolling or swiping.
