And only just under 30 minutes off the pace!So about an 80-hr fix from the Sat morning incident.
VH-OQH about to operate QF1.
Gave him a hammer, couldn’t hit the nail, gave him a bat couldn’t hit the ball, gave him an airbridge he hit everythingWhat is it with all the errant air bridges running into aircraft?
Oh wait, it must be QANTAS' fault!!
Do we suspect a lack of ongoing training, or just normal training to be done.
A 737 or a 380 is a damn big bit of kit when you are driving an airbridge - how can you not see it??????
The average driver of an airbridge would be, what, 1 meter from the edge of the bridge!!!!!
Have we located a blind spot with airbridges in Australia??

It got a base maintenance check as well. It was due to go to LAX this week for it's regular base maintenance check (last was mid-May), but the resulting schedule switches meant it would miss its slot at LAX so it was done at SYD now instead. So about an 80-hr fix from the Sat morning incident.
