Last year I flew Dil-Drw-Syd (red eye) on Qf...so no overnight in Darwin. Felt like sh.t when landed in Sydney just after 0600!

Not really, Dilli does not have reliable runway lighting for a RPT service, bit like ZQN until a few years back.

Yep, and a red eye departing DRW would need lights at dili

Nope. My flight ex Dili last year took off 10 mins before sunset connecting to the 0135 Darwin redeye to Sydney.
