Advice re SC on QR flights CAI to DXB

Hi. I'm planning some travel in the Middle East soon including from Cairo to Dubai via Doha on QR. Status credits are relatively important as I'll need them to retain WP but obviously need to weigh up against prices. I have the option to fly first class (A) on both legs but can't work out the number of SC I'll get as the calculator doesn't include a First option. The earning table isn't clear (to me anyway) either. Any advice is appreciated. X

A on QR earns as "First" - Qantas Frequent Flyer Earn Categories on Partner Marketed Flights

For earn: Partner Airlines Status Credit Earning Table

Since Middle-East to Middle-East is not specifically mentioned, I suggest using "All other flights".
