When I look up our booking for our US trip next month I get the nag reminder "As your trip involves a flight to the USA you need to provide advance passenger information." I finally booked our first place to stay in SEA before we head to Canada (so we could fill out the address line) and the passports are all finally in order so I went in to enter this information tonight. I did it fairly painstakingly so as not to get a detail wrong but didn't take a really long time to do it. However when I hit submit I got a "session timed out" message and a "start over" button.
After throwing a pen at the screen I tried to go back in but every time I clickded "advance passenger information" I got the "start over" button. I even cleared the cache and then got "Your confirmation request could not be processed because the system is already processing a request from you. If you were trying to confirm a booking, please review your trip list to check whether your trip has been confirmed. (3002)":evil::evil:
What now? Forget it and just do the ESTA stuff for the visa waiver? I haven't looked at that yet but will do it tomorrow.
Maybe the website will have the sh** off its liver tomorrow. Very, very frustrating.
