Additional 30k QFF points on any card earning QFF points

I see that earning an additional 30k points on a QFF card offer is in place for May. Need to register on QFF portal then apply in July 31 then be approved by one of the card providers and make a spend on the card. Here is the Link

The Qantas Premier Everyday Card looks now attractive receiving 25k + 30k (55k) for $49 fee when spending $1k per month for 5 months (that part not so attractive but can live with it).

Is that a Citibank card? If so, good luck with that. I have had unpleasant experiences with Citibank.
