Hi,

I made a reservation with MH the other day and I'm fairly certain that at no stage during the booking process was there the ability to add a FFP number other than Enrich. The flights are booked in a class which appears to earn 0.7pts/mile with Velocity and I'd like to send the points that way.

Anyone know of a way to do this online? Can't seem to find any option by pulling up the booking on the MH website. Perhaps via a 3rd party website, although I doubt that one given they're not in an alliance?

Or is it an 'at check-in' or mail in boarding passes later job?

Cheers!

Don't think you can add it online. Assume you booked it on Mh website. Suggest calling Mh to add it, and double check when you checkin. A retrospective claim with Velocity takes at least 2 months!!

Yes it was booked on the MH site. Thanks, I'll give them a call and try and get it done before travelling.

I called up MH and added it manually. However upon checkin it still wasn't there so I got it added again at checkin.

Points came through approx 30 days later all at the same time (although trip duration was 11 days).
