Hey everyone,

Based in NTL.

Planning on making a KF redemption shortly (MEL-EBB) - which is available via the KF website.

There is a logical VA domestic flight that would connect nicely from NTL. However doesn’t show on the KF website. If I try to make the booking over the phone - do you think the KF agents can add the domestic VA flight so it’s a whole itinerary?

It doesn't answer your question, but we recently had a SIA J redemption out of SYD with a preceding BNE-SYD leg on different PNR.
At check-in VA joined up the two PNRs and checked our baggage through to final destination. Was very good service.

No, it's not possible to have VA sectors on a KrisFlyer award booking containing SQ/Star Alliance flights. You can only book VA flights as part of a standalone award booking.

If you make separate bookings then hopefully they'll still check your luggage through etc.
