Recevived the email below from Accor, clicked on the link within a minute of receiving the email, and was given the following message:

"Thank you for your willingness to participate. You did not qualify for this study. More members responded than expected and we have reached our quotas. We hope that you will consider participating in future research. You may close your browser window now."

Rude! Has anyone here managed to participate?

Having had a look at the Hilton thread it appears well formatted and reads easily. I thought we could try the same here so I've incorporated a couple of headings from that thread and the Accor website.
