Does anyone know if you can get Accor status points when booking through a corporate travel booking service? My work requires I use a group called FCM travel. They ask for my ALL number but not sure if its worth booking accor hotels, when potentially not the nicest hotel option compared to independants/other chains. If they give status I'd potentially lean in their favour.

It largely depends on the booking channel(s) FCM uses.

If the reservation is made through a GDS, yes, you'll get status benefits, nights, and points.

If the reservation is made through wholesale OTA channels (such as Expedia) you won't get status benefits, nights, points.

My corporate TA (not FCM) clearly designates the booking channel in their online portal.

I don't think I've earned status when I've stayed at Accor properties for work travel, but I have sometimes gotten my welcome drink.

It may just be the case that your TA is not passing your ALL number to the property. This was the case with my TA for some years, but they've since fixed it.

I'd recommend emailing the property ahead of your next stay to ensure your ALL number is on the booking, then see what happens!
