Accor plus free with amex platinum charge question

Looks like my Accor Plus has lapsed by itself. My account shows I'm Gold but not Accor Plus. I checked the Amex benefits page and there is no option to enrol into Accor Plus anymore?

Enrol button is still on this page. But if you'd previously enrolled and haven't been automatically renewed, you should contact both Amex Card Services and the Accor Plus Member Services teams.

Accor Plus have a Sydney based customer service team who are well versed in dealing with this issue from my personal experience...

Enrol button is on this page but if you click on it takes you to the actual enrolment pages with all the other enrolment benefits and it is missing.

Yeah my A+ membership didn’t renew automatically either. I called both A and Q and it got sorted within the hour.
 
I was just approved for the plat card and already an Accor Plus member. Do I just wait till my renewal is up in November to try and get my Accor Plus renewed by virtue of the AMEX?

I just waited until membership expired and then used the online form on the Amex website to renew my membership. It took a few days. During the process you supply your existing Accor number.
