Great news! Finally Accor is providing free breakfast for AccorHotel Platinum members, details below (received by email today)

HOTELS IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION WITH AN EXECUTIVE LOUNGE OFFER BREAKFASTS TO PLATINUM MEMBERS IN THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE, SUBJECT TO HOTEL’S LOUNGE CONDITIONS AND HOURS OF OPERATION AT TIME OF STAY.

FOR THE FOLLOWING HOTELS IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION WITHOUT AN EXECUTIVE LOUNGE, BREAKFAST WILL BE OFFERED TO LE CLUB ACCORHOTELS PLATINUM MEMBERS (AND REGISTERED GUESTS STAYING IN SAME ROOM) AT THE HOTEL’S RESTAURANT, SUBJECT TO RESTAURANT’ CONDITIONS AND HOURS OF OPERATION AT TIME OF STAY.

Has anyone else had issues claiming the free brekkie for Platinum?

I stayed at Q Station in Manly earlier in the week - clearly showing in the list of APAC hotels where Accor Plat are entitled to free brekkie here: List of hotels with an Executive Lounge and I had to argue with the manager to get the benefit, I had to show the page listing Q Station and even then she said that's incorrect! Told her to take it up with Accor, not my problem!
