Accor Charging Me More for a Confirmed Stay

I contacted NSW Fair Trading (thanks to the several commenters here for suggesting it) and they directed me to this page. They also advised to escalate to them if I'm unable to resolve directly with the hotel.

Signature is from the "Reservations Team" at Pullman Hyde Park. The email is @accor.com, but I think all Accor properties operate like that.

I replied to the hotel on 14/7. Still haven't heard back.
Unfortunately the page you mentioned by consumer affairs is not linked?

Depending on what it says, perhaps a follow up to Pullman saying you have sought advice from consumer affairs NSW and you have decided to keep the reservation as planned for NYE at the originally agreed price of $500, and that you will NOT be paying a supplement or taking a voucher.
